Prof. Barbara Barron Directs Two Programs for Professional Prosecution Service of Northern Ireland

Professor Barbara Barron was the program director for two trial advocacy programs for the Professional Prosecution Service of Northern Ireland. The two programs were two days in length and were intensive, comprehensive basic trial skills courses that over 60 prosecutors took. The programs ran from March 11-14 in Belfast.

In addition to directing the program, Professor Barron designed the curriculum that modeled the PPSNI practice and culture and created special teaching materials for the program. She also conducted lectures on comparative direct and cross examinations.
