Prof. Efthimios Parasidis Named a 2008 Health Law Scholar by ASLME

Professor Efthimios Parasidis was named a 2008 Health Law Scholar by the American Society of Law, Medicine & Ethics (ASLME). Each year, the prestigious honor is awarded to four health law scholars who are conducting original research that will significantly contribute to the scholarly literature. On October 18, 2008, Professor Parasidis presented his work – which focuses on a legal and bioethical examination of patent protection for neuroscientific research – at a conference sponsored by ASLME and the Center for Health Law Studies at St. Louis University School of Law.
