Prof. Elizabeth Glazer Presents ‘Transitional Discrimination’ at ‘Critical Perspectives on Legal and Social Challenges’ Symposium

Professor Elizabeth M. Glazer presented “Transitional Discrimination” (co-authored with Professor Zachary Kramer, of Penn State Dickinson School of Law) as an invited symposium participant at the Temple Political & Civil Rights Law Review symposium on Intersections of Lives and the Law: Critical Perspectives on Legal and Social Challenges.

The symposium contribution highlights how transgendered persons have fallen in-between anti-discrimination’s currently protected category of “sex,” and argues that anti-discrimination law should recognize individuals, like transgendered persons, who fall in-between its currently protected categories.
