Prof. Monroe Freedman Honored by PJF With 1st David A. Diamond Distinguished Public Service Award

Hofstra Law School’s Public Justice Foundation presented Professor of Law Monroe H. Freedman with the first inaugural David A. Diamond Distinguished Public Service Award at their 20th Annual Auction, held on Thursday, April 2, 2009. The award is named in honor of the late professor, David A. Diamond, who taught at Hofstra Law for more than 30 years in the areas of civil procedure, trial practice, family law and public education.
