Prof. John DeWitt Gregory Recognized in New York Law Journal for National Center for Law and Economic Justice Award

In Scott Pegram’s “Attorneys Honored for Service” column in the April 13 edition of The New York Law Journal, John DeWitt Gregory, Sidney and Walter Siben Distinguished Professor of Family Law, is recognized for the award he will receive during the National Center for Law and Economic Justice Benefit on June 2, 2009, at the Lighthouse at Chelsea Piers. Professor Gregory has served as a member of the Board of Directors of the National Center (formerly known as the Welfare Law Center) since 1985 and currently is its Vice- Chair and a member of the Executive and Audit Committees and Co- Chair of the Nominating Committee. The mission of the National Center is advancing the cause of economic justice for low-income families, individuals and communities across the country.
