Prof. Scott Horton Interviewed on National Public Radio

Distinguished Visiting Professor of Law Scott Horton was interviewed on Friday, May 8, 2009 by National Public Radio. Horton also appeared on NPR’s Brian Lehrer show on Thursday, May 7.

While some in the media wondered if Obama flip-flopped when it comes to prosecuting Bush Administration officials who authorized torture, the White House tried to get its media message straight … all without actually using the T-word.

Horton explained why the Administration, and some members of the media, are backing away from “torture.” To listen to the interview, click here.
