Program Description
Regardless of whether you have never taken a deposition or whether it is a major part of your practice, you will gain valuable instruction and practical tips concerning how to be a more effective advocate when taking and defending depositions from our panelists who all come from different legal disciplines and who each have diverse practice specialties. Illustrations of what to do and what not to do will be demonstrated through short video clips acted out by members of our First Decade Committee followed by discussions and guidance from our panelists.
