Prof. Scott Colesanti to Present ‘The Utility of Stock Market “Circuit Breakers” and Related Attempts at Curtailing Volatility’

On October 30, Assistant Professor J. Scott Colesanti will be presenting a paper and sitting on a panel at the Chapman University School of Law Symposium, “The 80th Anniversary of the Great Crash of 1929: Law, Markets, and the Role of the State.”

This legal symposium features a roster of international scholars and has California Congresswoman Loretta Sanchez as its keynote speaker. Professor Colesanti’s paper is titled “The Utility of Stock Market ‘Circuit Breakers’ and Related Attempts at Curtailing Volatility.”
