Prof. James Sample to Speak at University of Chicago Law School

James Sample, Associate Professor of Law

Professor James Sample will be speaking at the University of Chicago Law School this weekend. He will be speaking at a symposium sponsored by the University of Chicago’s Legal Forum. The subject of the symposium is “Government and Power.” Other invited speakers include former United States Solicitor General, Paul Clement, as well as leading legal and political science academics from across the country. Professor Sample will be presenting the foundations of a forthcoming paper, tentatively entitled,Differences, Distinctions, and Elected Judges: A Developing Federal-State Dialogue.
