James Sample, Associate Professor of Law

Professor James Sample is the lead author of the cover story in the current issue of Judicature, the magazine of the American Judicature Society. The article which is featured in this months magazine is entitled: “The New Politic$ of Judicial Elections.” The cover page image is available here and summary of the Volume 94, Issue Number 2, in which the article appears is available here. The article is an adaptation of The New Politics of Judicial Elections 2000-09: Decade of Change, (pdf) of which Professor Sample was the lead author, studying trends in judicial elections over the last decade.
