Prof. Andrew Schepard Speaks at Connecticut Council on Divorce Mediation and Collaborative Practice

Andrew Schepard, Professor of Law and Director of the Center for Children, Families and the Law

On November 30th Professor Andrew Schepard spoke to the Connecticut Council on Divorce Mediation and Collaborative Practice at its meeting in New Haven, Connecticut. In honor of the Council’s 10th Anniversary the topic was “Lessons Learned from the Standards of Practice for Family and Divorce Mediation.” Professor Schepard was the reporter for the Standards of Practice which were promulgated in 2001.
