Two Honors for Prof. Andrew Schepard
Professor Andrew Schepard is recognized as the co-author of a letter in today’s New York Law Journal arguing against the proposition that contested hearings are required under New York’s new “irreconcilable differences” no fault grounds for divorce. He was also a featured speaker at Barry University School of Law’s Symposium on The Future is Now: Collaborative & Therapeutic Family Law on Friday, March 11, 2011 in Orlando, Florida. His presentation was on The Uniform Collaborative Law Act and the Past, Present and Future of Collaborative Law.
