Estate Planning in 2011 and Beyond Conference Held in New York City

trust and estates On Monday, over 100 practitioners in the field of the trust and estate law community gathered at The Princeton Club of New York to hear the industry’s leading experts talk about estate planning in the current legal climate.

The conference was hosted by Hofstra Law School, in partnership with the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC), and moderated by Hofstra Law Professor Mitchell Gans.

Topics included defined-value clauses, estate planning for non-traditional couples, asset-protection planning, elder-law planning, and the future of law practice and estate planning.
