Professor Miriam Albert presented at the SEALS on July 25, 2011.  She spoke on a panel entitled “Contracts: A Fresh Look at Classic Doctrines and Cases.” Professor Albert offered a new lens to view traditional contracts teaching, by integrating ethical issues and concerns into the study of black letter contract doctrine.
