Prof. Julian Ku Files Brief Amicus Curiae in Support of Doe v. Nestle

Julian Ku, Professor of Law and Faculty Director of International Programs

Professor Julian Ku, along with several other legal scholars and the National Association of Manufacturers, filed a brief amicus curiae in support of appellees in Doe v. Nestle, a case involving a lawsuit over corporate duties for alleged labor violations in the Ivory Coast.

The brief argued that there is consensus to support lawsuits against corporate defendants for allegedly aiding and abetting violations of international labor law.
