Susan Fortney, the Howard Lichtenstein Distinguished Professor of Legal Ethics, reviewed University of St. Thomas Professor Robert Vischer’s forthcoming article, “Big Law and the Marginalization of Trust,” about the role of trust in the current climate of the legal profession for JOTWELL — The Journal of Things We Like (Lots).
