Current Issue of Family Court Review Features Work by Professors Andrew Schepard, Herbie DiFonzo

The October 2011 issue of Family Court Review contains two works by Andrew Schepard. As part of the special issue on family law education, his article, co-authored by J. Herbie DiFonzo, “Hofstra’s Family Law with Skills Course: Implementing FLER (the Family Law Education Reform Project)” can be found on pages 685-699. Also, “Mental Health Consultants and Child Custody Evaluations: A Discussion Paper,” authored by the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts Child Custody Consultant Task Force, for which Schepard served as a reporter, can be found on pages 723-736. Additionally, Hillary Caspar ‘11 and Lauren Barth ‘12 were the principal research assistants for the Task Force.
