Prof. Frank Gulino Serves Again as Brief Judge in National Moot Court Competition in Child Welfare and Adoption Law

Frank Gulino, Associate Professor of Legal Writing

 For the third straight year, Professor Frank Gulino served as a Brief Judge in the National Moot Court Competition in Child Welfare & Adoption Law. The competition is run annually by Capital University Law School in Columbus, Ohio. This year, he graded five briefs in a case involving the issue of whether biological parents, whose parental rights had been terminated, have standing to petition for custody of their child.
