Prof. James Sample Participates in Panel Discussion at Brody Award Ceremony

On April 1, James Sample participated in a panel discussion at Colby College in conjunction with an award ceremony recognizing Wallace Jefferson, chief justice of the Texas Supreme Court and recipient of the 2012 Morton A. Brody Distinguished Judicial Service Award. The panel focused on the pros and cons of electing rather than appointing state judges.
