Professors Albert, Gundlach Speak at Center for Excellence in Law Teaching 2012 Conference

On March 30, 2012, Professors Miriam R. Albert and Jennifer A. Gundlach participated in a panel entitled “Broadening the Scope of Learning Objectives and Assessment in the First-Year Curriculum” at the Center for Excellence in Law Teaching’s Inaugural Conference “Setting and Assessing Learning Objectives from Day One.”

The center’s mission is to provide legal educators with the resources to provide a pedagogically sound and innovative program of instruction to meet the changing needs of law students and legal educators, as well as the clients lawyers ultimately serve.

Professors Albert and Gundlach presented their research on introducing ethics into the first year curriculum which is the basis of their upcoming article “Bridging the Gap: How Introducing Ethical Skills Exercises Will Enrich Learning in First Year Courses.”
