Julian Ku, Professor of Law and Faculty Director of International Programs

On April 19, 2012, Professor Julian Ku participated in a panel discussion sponsored by the Federalist Society and the American Enterprise Institute.

He criticized the power given to organizations such as the International Criminal Court, the argument of his recent book, Taming Globalization: International Law, the U.S. Constitution, and the New World Order, co-authored by John Yoo of the University of California, Berkeley School of Law.
