Lea Shaver to Discuss Current Research on KZSU-FM’s Hearsay Culture

Associate Professor Lea Shaver was recently the guest on Hearsay Culture to discuss her current research in patent law, “Illuminating Innovation.” Hearsay Culture is a radio show hosted by Elon University School of Law professor David S. Levine, hosted on KZSU-FM (Stanford University) radio. The hour-long program will air on Tuesday, May 22nd at 6 p.m. ET / 3 p.m. PT. A podcast of the program will also be available from hearsayculture.org.

 

Professor Shaver’s article looks at the role of patents in promoting technological innovation, from the lightbulb to the smartphone. The article may be downloaded from SSRN.
