Prof. Ronald Colombo Comments on Barclays Interest Rate Scandal

EXCERPT:

Barclays’ settlement and apparent willingness to cooperate with investigators and potentially with civil plaintiffs could spell trouble for the other big banks involved in the class action, said Ronald Colombo, a professor at Hofstra University School of Law.

“The big picture is this: for the other cases going forward, Barclays is going to be willing to cooperate. They have no choice,” he said.
