Prof. Monroe Freedman Cited in Spring 2012 Edition of the University of Baltimore Law Forum

Professor Monroe H. Freedman’s 1992 Emory Law Journal article, “Professionalism in the American Adversary System” was cited in the Spring 2012 Edition of the University of Baltimore Law Forum, which is a publication that focuses on trends in the laws of Maryland. Professor Freedman was cited in an article entitled “A Regulatory Scheme that Works: The Case for a Statutory Right to Representation by Counsel in Maryland Residential Mortgage Transactions” and the cite can be found at 42 U. Balt. L.F. 206 n.81 (2012).
