Prof. Alan Resnick Speaks at 2012 NCBJ Conference

On October 24, 2012, Alan N. Resnick, the Benjamin Weintraub Distinguished Professor of Bankruptcy Law, was a speaker at the annual conference of the National Conference of Bankruptcy Judges in San Diego, California.

He presented to an audience consisting of 2,000 judges, academics and practitioners about the impact on the bankruptcy system of the Supreme Court’s decision in Stern v. Marshall, which limited the power of non-Article III judges to adjudicate certain disputes.
