Professor Monroe Freedman was quoted in Andrew Wolfson’s October 3, 2012 article “Judge Threatens to ‘Strangle’ Attorney in ‘Ridiculous’ Case” for the Courier Journal. Professor Freedman was quoted as stating that “The judge’s conduct in general is highly injudicious” and that “He should be removed from this case and also from the bench.”
