Professor James Sample participated in a panel discussion with Dean Erwin Chemerinsky and Professor Richard Hasen on the impact of the 2010 U.S. Supreme Court decision in Citizens United on judicial elections. This panel will be published in an upcoming issue of the Drake Law Review, under the title “Citizens United Impact on Judicial Elections”.
