This is a photo of a stack of books.

The Family Court Review, which has been housed at Hofstra Law since 1998, is publishing its fiftieth anniversary issue. The Family Court Review is an interdisciplinary journal which includes Hofstra Law Professors J. Herbie DiFonzo, Theo Liebmann, and Andrew Schepard on its Board of Editors. In addition to being on the Board of Editors Professor DiFonzo has also co-written a piece for the anniversary issue entitled “Breaking the Mold and Picking Up the Pieces: Rights of Parenthood and Parentage in Nontraditional Families”, while Professor Schepard has included an Editor’s Note describing the history of the journal. A print version of the anniversary issue is forthcoming early in 2013.
