Prof. Frank Gulino Serves Again as Brief Judge in National Moot Court Competition in Child Welfare and Adoption Law

Frank Gulino, Associate Professor of Legal Writing

For the fourth year in a row, Professor Frank Gulino has served as a Brief Judge in the National Moot Court Competition in Child Welfare & Adoption Law. The competition is run annually by Capital University Law School in Columbus, Ohio. This year, he graded five briefs in a case involving competing adoption petitions, by a foster family and paternal grandparents, and the correct interpretation of governing statutes.
