On February 22, 2013, Susan Fortney, the Howard Lichtenstein Distinguished Professor of Legal Ethics participated in a Maurice A. Deane School of Law Program, “Best Practices for Successfully Starting and Growing Your Own Law Practice.” Professor Fortney served on the panel, “Ethics of a Solo Practice,” along with Hofstra graduates Andrew R. Leder `92, Maria Motos `93 and Marian C. Rice, the President of the Nassau County Bar Association. James Wicks, Partner with Farrell Fritz, P.C., moderated the panel.
