Prof. Ronald Colombo’s Scholarship Cited in 3rd Circuit Case

The scholarship of Ronald J. Colombo, associate dean for academic affairs and professor of law, on corporate first amendment rights was quoted and cited in a Third Circuit case addressing the “contraceptive mandate” provision of the Affordable Care Act.
