Prof. Barbara Barron Conducts NITA Courses Throughout the Northeast

On November 19, 2013, Professor Barbara S. Barron was the program director for the NITA Securities and Exchange Commission Evidence Skills Program at the New York office.

She lectured on evidentiary issues concerning computer generated evidence and evidentiary foundations.

On November 20-22, Professor Barron was part of a three person team that conducted a NITA deposition skills course at Sterne Kessler, an intellectual property law firm in Washington, D.C.

On December 2-7,  she was the co-director for the NITA Boston Trial Skills program, a public weeklong intensive introductory trial advocacy program.

Over 30 lawyers from all over the country attended the course. Professor Barron lectured on direct examination theory and technique.
