New Book Discusses Prof. Scott Glick’s Article on Cybersecurity and the 4th Amendment

A law review article authored by Professor Scott J. Glick ’81, “Virtual Checkpoints and Cyber-Terry Stops: Digital Scans to Protect the Nation’s Critical Infrastructure and Key Resources,” was cited and extensively discussed in Chapter 7 of Balancing Liberty and Security: An Ethical Study of U.S. Foreign Intelligence Surveillance, a new book by Dr. Michele Louise Atkin of Algoma University in Canada.

The article was first published in 2012 in the Journal of National Security Law and Policy, one of the world’s leading peer-reviewed journals.
