Prof. Scott Glick Discusses Cybersecurity and 4th Amendment

Professor Scott J. Glick ’81 spoke about cybersecurity and the Fourth Amendment at the Earle Mack School of Law at Drexel University on November 26, 2013, and at the Rutgers University School of Law on January 8, 2014.

Professor Glick’s law review article “Virtual Checkpoints and Cyber-Terry Stops: Digital Scans to Protect the Nation’s Critical Infrastructure and Key Resources” was published in the Journal of National Security Law and Policy, one of the world’s leading peer-reviewed journals. The article previously made the SSRN Top 10 download list for the legal journal category Conflict Studies.
