On January 22, 2014, Susan Fortney, the Howard Lichtenstein Distinguished Professor of Legal Ethics, spoke in Toronto at the program “Alternative Business Structures for the Delivery of Legal Services.” The program was sponsored by the Law Society of Upper Canada and presented to the benchers who serve as the Law Society’s board of directors.

Professor Fortney discussed the impact of alternative business structures on risk in Australia.
