Prof. Susan Fortney’s Book Review Makes SSRN’s Top 10 Download List

The paper “Lawyers in Practice: Ethical Decision Making in Context: A Mirror and Window for Understanding Ethics of Law Practice” by Susan Fortney, the Howard Lichtenstein Distinguished Professor of Legal Ethics, was recently listed on SSRN’s Top 10 download list for CSN: Law (Topic).

The paper is a solicited review of the book Lawyers in Practice: Ethical Decision Making in Context (Leslie Levin and Lynn Mather eds. 2012). The book includes essays drawing on empirical studies involving ethics issues and dilemmas encountered by lawyers working in different specialties.
