Prof. Andrew Schepard Presents at Attorneys for Children Program

Andrew Schepard, the Max Schmertz Distinguished Professor of Law and director of Hofstra Law’s Center for Children, Families and the Law, delivered an address on “Forensic Evaluations and the Rights of Children” as part of an Attorneys for Children training program held near Albany, New York, on April 25, 2014.

The program, titled “He Ain’t Heavy, He’s My Client: Litigating the Custody Battlefield,” was offered by the Office of Attorneys for Children, Appellate Division, Third Department.
