Professor Theo Liebmann appeared on MSNBC’s Nerding Out — a series of Web interviews that explore current events in depth — to discuss the current political battle over Central American children crossing the U.S. border. The live webcast, titled “Immigration Politics In-Depth,” took place on July 17, 2014.
Liebmann, a clinical professor of law, director of clinical programs and attorney-in-charge of the Youth Advocacy Clinic, explained the legal status and protections that are afforded to the children who have arrived in the United States seeking refuge.
