Hofstra Law Honors Alumni Members of the New York State Assembly at 25th Annual PJF Auction

On March 6, 2014, the Maurice A. Deane School of Law held its annual In Honor of Justice Reception and Public Justice Foundation (PJF) Auction.

The event, which celebrated its 25th anniversary, honored the six Hofstra Law alumni serving in the New York State Assembly for their commitment to public service.

Through a live and silent auction, PJF raised more than $48,000 in support of summer fellowships for students pursuing non-paid internships at government and nonprofit agencies.

The six assemblymen discuss how their Hofstra Law degree prepared them for public service.
