Prof. Susan Fortney Speaks at 2014 Int’l Legal Ethics Conference

Susan Fortney, Howard Lichtenstein Distinguished Professor of Legal Ethics and Director of the Institute for the Study of Legal Ethics

On June 11, 2014, Susan Fortney, the Howard Lichtenstein Distinguished Professor of Legal Ethics, spoke at the International Legal Ethics Conference in London.

She discussed proactive regulation of lawyers, drawing on findings from her empirical study on management-based regulation of law firms in Australia.

She also moderated a panel related to regulations of tax and corporate lawyers.
