Andrew Schepard, the Max Schmertz Distinguished Professor of Law and director of the Center for Children, Families and the Law, and Professor J. Herbie DiFonzo wrote “framing essays” for the newly launched Virginia Child Custody Project website.
As described in the “About the Project” section of the website, “the Child Custody Project site explores child custody in Virginia and the United States. The project aims to provide a centralized, thoughtful, impartial, and interdisciplinary resource grounded in humanities scholarship. The framing essays are written by regional and national scholars and practitioners in the complex field of child custody, introducing issues integral to the exploration of the subject for a broad audience.”
