Alan N. Resnick, the Benjamin Weintraub Distinguished Professor of Bankruptcy Law, presented at the 40th Annual Lawrence P. King and Charles Seligson Workshop on Bankruptcy & Business Reorganization.

The topic of his paper was “Recent Cases on Credit Bidding Signal Potential Risks to Loan-to-Own Investors.”

The workshop took place on Sept. 17, 2014, at New York University School of Law and was co-sponsored by the American Bankruptcy Institute.
