Prof. Ronald Colombo Comments on HHS’ Post-Hobby Lobby Rules

Ronald J. Colombo, associate dean for academic affairs and professor of law, joined a group of corporate law professors (organized by Lyman Johnson of Washington and Lee University School of Law) in providing comments to HHS on its rule-making to implement the Supreme Court’s Hobby Lobby decision.
