Prof. Susan Fortney Reviews Article on Reasonable Accommodations for Lawyers With Disabilities

Susan Fortney, the Howard Lichtenstein Distinguished Professor of Legal Ethics, published a review of the article “Reasonable Accommodation as Professional Responsibility, Reasonable Accommodation as Professionalism” in JOTWELL — The Journal of Things We Like (Lots).

Her review is titled “Beyond Diversity Rhetoric: Understanding the Link between Professional Responsibility and Reasonable Accommodations for Lawyers with Disabilities.”

The article, written by Professor Alex B. Long, associate dean for academic affairs at the University of Tennessee School of Law, was published in 47 UC Davis Law Review 1753 (2014).
