Prof. Susan Fortney Speaks at 2015 Seton Hall Law Circuit Review Symposium

Susan Fortney, Howard Lichtenstein Distinguished Professor of Legal Ethics, Director of the Institute for the Study of Legal Ethics and John DeWitt Gregory Research Scholar

On Feb. 10, Susan Fortney, the Howard Lichtenstein Distinguished Professor of Legal Ethics, spoke at the 2015 Seton Hall Law Circuit Review annual symposium, “What Lawyers Need to Know About Professional Ethics and Legal Malpractice.”

Her topic was “Preventing Legal Malpractice and Complaints: Ethics Audits as a Risk Management Tool.”
