Prof. Michael Haber Presents at 2015 Transactional Clinical Conference

Michael Haber, Associate Clinical Professor of Law and Attorney-in-Charge, Community and Economic Development Clinic

Professor Michael Haber presented “Transactional Lawyers Telling (Science Fiction) Stories” at the 14th Annual Transactional Clinical Conference, jointly hosted on April 24, 2015, by the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law and the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation in Kansas City, Missouri.

His presentation described a technique he developed in the Hofstra Law Clinic, where students are taught to use the tools of science fiction writers to help analyze contract language and manage client risk.
