Prof. Herbie DiFonzo Makes 2 Presentations at AFCC-AAML 2015 Conference on Advanced Issues in Child Custody

Professor J. Herbie DiFonzo delivered two presentations, “The De Facto Parent in the Modern Family” and “The Custody Wars: How We Got from Sole Custody to Shared Parenting,” at the 2015 Conference on Advanced Issues in Child Custody: Evaluation, Litigation and Settlement.

The conference, which was jointly sponsored by the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts (AFCC) and the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (AAML), was held on Oct. 1-3 in Washington, D.C.
