Remarks by Professor James Sample for the panel “Caperton and the Courts: Did the Floodgates Open?” were published in the issue of the N.Y.U. Journal of Legislation & Public Policy on the symposium “Courts, Campaigns, and Corruption: Judicial Recusal Five Years After Caperton.”

Professor Sample’s fellow panelists were Keith Swisher and Bradley A. Smith, and Adam Liptak of The New York Times was the moderator.

The symposium was held on Nov. 14, 2014.
