Prof. Susan Joffe Judges Briefs for 2016 National Moot Court Competition in Child Welfare & Adoption Law

Professor Susan H. Joffe served as a brief judge for the 2016 National Moot Court Competition in Child Welfare and Adoption Law.

The annual competition is sponsored by the Family and Youth Law Center at Capital Law School, a center which builds partnerships and fosters collaboration with local, state, and national organizations aimed at developing and supporting adoption-friendly laws and policies.

This is the fifth year Professor Joffe has judged briefs for the competition.

The topic for the 2016 competition, which will be held on March 11-12, is “Permanency for Youth in Foster Care: Are There Any Guarantees?”
