Prof. Katrina Kuh Presents at Yale Environmental Law Association’s 2016 New Directions in Environmental Law Conference

Professor Katrina Fischer Kuh presented the talk “Limits to Regulating Individual Behavior” on Feb. 26, 2016, at the sixth annual New Directions in Environmental Law Conference: “Cascading Change: Innovation, Organizing, and Disruptive Strategies.”

Professor Kuh delivered her talk for the panel “Informal Regulation, Individual Behavior, and Modern Environmental Law.”

The conference was hosted on Feb. 26-27 by the Yale Environmental Law Association at Yale Law School and the Yale School of Forestry and Environmental Studies.
